What happens if the internet is down?+
The wall thermostat continues to work locally, and any existing physical controls keep functioning. Automations that depend on the cloud will pause until the connection is restored.
Can you give me a price from a thermostat photo?+
For many standard cases, yes. Complex homes or unusual thermostat wiring may require a short site visit before we quote.
How many thermostats do I need?+
One per AC zone. Most apartments have 2–3 zones, most villas have 4–8. We confirm this during the assessment.
