Questions we hear often
Can I keep my existing curtains?+
In most cases yes — we usually only change the rail and add a motor. Fabric is preserved when compatible.
Do you supply fabric?+
As an option. Many customers keep existing fabric; others prefer a full replacement. We can quote both.
Where does the motor get power?+
Most motors need a nearby power outlet. If none is available, we plan discreet electrical work as part of the installation.
Can I still open the curtains by hand?+
Yes — most motorised curtains still allow gentle manual override, and a physical remote is always provided.
How fast are the motors?+
Modern motors move quietly and at a refined, calm pace — typically 15–25 cm per second. We can adjust speed on many models.
