What if the battery dies?+
Modern smart locks alert you well before batteries run low. Every lock we install also includes a backup mechanical key option and, in most models, an emergency USB-C or 9V terminal to power the lock momentarily.
Can I give a temporary code to my cleaner or a guest?+
Yes — time-bound codes and per-user access windows are supported on most models. You can revoke access instantly from the app.
Does it work with all doors?+
Most standard wooden and metal doors are compatible. Aluminium and glass doors need specific models. Send us door photos and we'll confirm.
Is it safe from hacking?+
We install locks from reputable brands with hardened firmware and encrypted communication. No system is 100% invulnerable, but current-generation smart locks meet strong security standards.
Can I keep using a normal key too?+
Yes — backup mechanical key is retained on all locks we install by default.
